All content, designs, code, and materials provided by Ailacs remain the intellectual property of Ailacs unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Custom work created specifically for clients will be transferred upon full payment as outlined in individual contracts.

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ailacs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
